I lost my premium version and all my purchases to and now it says to restore them I need to pay again through Google when I paid through an in app purchase the 1st time.

I have the same problem. I have purchased the WatchMaker premium on IPhone, but now, I can't access all my watchfaces. All Mywatch faces are gone. It keeps telling me that I need to purchase the premium version . How to get back the previously purchased premium version?
I manage to get back the premium version after updating on my IPhone but not on IPad, but when I created a new face, then touch the hamburger menu, My Watches submenu was not there and the new face created cannot be retrieved.
With WatchMaker 5.2.1 you can restore purchases by requesting premium again. Apple will prompt you that you already have this purchase and you can have it again for free. Alternatively wait for WatchMaker 5.2.2 (waiting for Apple to review) where the Restore Purchases button is fixed.
I upgraded the app and lost my watch face, I spent many hours making it and really don't want to do it again. I can't figure out how to restore it, please help.
I got a new phone and now my premium is gone. I tried to restore purchase but it won't let me. Just says I have to pay to get premium again. Plus now it's less expensive for premium than it was when I first got it. Very unhappy about this.
I'm in the same boat. I sent a email to watchmaker but was ignored. Seems they don't care and are more than happy for you to rebuy the watch faces you've already paid for.

Same issue, lost all my purchases. Premium won't restore them. Then asks me to purchase companion which I already have. Please help. I have a fair few paid watches and hours of mods I want back.
As I have found out the hard way, just move on, the developers will never answer you and they will never fix it, they have long since abandoned this app. They haven't even done an update since 2017.
Just so everyone knows, the developer has long abandoned this app. There hasn't even been an update since 2017. All of my purchased and self made watch faces have disappeared from the beginning up to present 2020. And never an answer from this idiots.

I accidentally uninstalled the Watchmaker app and when I reinstalled it I had lost ALL my watches including those which I created. How can I get them back?
Same as everyone else, new phone, transfered App and now my premium account has gone along with all watch faces. Only option it gives is to purchase premium again. Not happy and want a refund if my premium account and watch faces can't be restored to my new phone. Please advise.
