Purchased premium bit cant add any watch faces as my wstch is not listed

I have a Tag Heuer Modular Connected. I have Watchmaker version 4.7.1 on my watch. When I try to transfer watch faces from iPhone to watch, it progresses to the “Loading” screen but then will not progress beyond that. How can I fix this?

Gear S2 function for steps is not working with watchmaker. Other watch faces work fine

I can not change from C to F. it's shows right on my phone but I send it to the watch and it's wrong.

The Watmaker App Crashes when sending or responding via text messages

ONLY happens on normal mode, Dim mode is not affected. It will overlay all complications (set at settings) in circles distributed across the canvas. Please fix!

When in dim mode the visual effects i added, representing the timer and the cardiac frequency meter, don't work\move. As soon as i awake the screen again the position\number becomes the right one. It is as like as the dim mode doesn't communicate...

This App does NOT work on the Apple Watch. This not prominent when purchasing this App. I have also made “in App purchases”. Also not able to gain refund easily as contact methods are poor.

All “smooth“ animation are not smooth at all. A transit from one to another sections is done in 2 or 3 steps. Original Samsung watches don't have this problem! Please fix this bug. Arne

Watch faces look a certain way on app then in preview and on watch the font appears the same way making most if not all faces look bad. Why??

I bought a premium watchmaker and it did not give me a face download of the watch they premium would help me please

On the Ticwatch Pro (at least) the heart rate is retyrned as a floating point number. This causes problems with locked faces as it is not possible to edit the layer to round the value.

I have purchase be a premium user but in my old iphone, but why i cannot continue the premium account in my new iphone?
